Job Title: Construction Laborer/Porter - Data Center Environment

Job Description

We are seeking ISO 2 Final Cleaning Construction Laborers for a data center project in Culpeper, VA. Join our team to contribute to the successful completion of this important project.

Responsibilities

  • Perform site preparation and debris removal to support flooring installation teams.

  • Coordinate with flooring crew to ensure clean and safe work zones.

  • Prepare areas for painting by removing dust and debris.

  • Conduct post-painting cleanup to remove overspray, stains, and residue from adjacent surfaces.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in construction, cleaning, janitorial tasks, and cleanup.

  • Ability to perform sweeping and site maintenance.

Work Environment

The work takes place in a data center consisting of 6 units, with each unit requiring one week of work. The schedule includes a 6am to 2:30pm shift, totaling 40 hours per week. Work is conducted in a structured and professional environment, ensuring safety and efficiency.

This is a Contract position based out of Culpeper, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
