Job Description

NetImpact Strategies, Inc. is seeking to hire a Management Analyst to support a Federal Agency.

This role is located 100% onsite at Fort Sam Houston, TX. Candidate must be eligible for a Public Trust Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts organizational studies and evaluations, designs systems and procedures, and conducts work simplification and measurement studies.
• Prepares operations and procedures manuals to assist management in optimizing operational performance.
• Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short/long term organizational growth and success.
• Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on assignments.
• Extract, interpret, and leverage data to form data-driven insights to facilitate informed decision-making and prioritize resources effectively.
• Investigate and gather facts about agency programs and activities.
• Assess organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations.
• Communicating findings and proposals clearly, both in writing and verbally.
• Researching, analyzing, and interpreting complex rules and regulations related to healthcare operations.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications and Certifications:

• Four (4) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalency.
• Candidate must be eligible for a Public Trust Clearance.
• Ability to work 100% onsite at Fort Sam Houston, TX.

Preferred Qualifications and Certifications:

• Previous Federal Consulting Experience.
• Experience conducting organizational assessments in a healthcare or military setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
