The RoleAs a Solar Sales Consultant , you'll work directly with homeowners to educate them on solar and energy-saving solutions. This is a field-based role where you manage your own territory, schedule, and pipeline.
You'll be responsible for creating conversations, delivering in-home presentations, and closing deals using a proven sales process.
What You'll Be Doing- Canvass neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach
- Educate homeowners on solar energy and cost-saving options
- Deliver tailored in-home consultations and presentations
- Build and manage a local book of business
- Generate referrals through strong customer relationships
- Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals
- Personal Growth Resources - gym membership, team book club, mentorship and training, etc.
- A strong network of like-minded teammates

- 100% commission-based compensation with weekly payouts
- First-year reps typically earn $35,000–$150,000+ , with top performers exceeding that
- Income is directly tied to performance—no caps, no ceilings.
This role is designed for individuals who are comfortable betting on themselves.
Training & SupportWhile training time is unpaid, V3 provides:
- Structured sales systems and processes
- Ongoing coaching and mentorship
- Weekly sales, mindset, and investment training
- Tools and resources to help you improve faster
We don't micromanage—but we do support those who take ownership.
What We're Looking For- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfort working outdoors and engaging new people
- Competitive mindset and resilience
- Desire for growth beyond a traditional 9–5
No prior solar experience required. Sales experience is helpful, but not mandatory.
Requirements- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods outdoors
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Background check required
