Job Summary

We are seeking for experienced, licensed speech-language pathologist to join our team As a speech-language pathologist, you will be meeting with new families, assessing their child's speech-language skills, and creating personalized treatment plans to help them reach their goals. You will also be documenting daily notes, summary of progress, and assessment reports. You will be providing treatment, and adjusting goals and milestones as needed for the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of communication disorders, and other developmental delays and disorders. Candidates are expected to be able to provide compassionate care to every family and child, and has excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Assessment and treatment of speech-language skills

Create treatment plans customized for that patient, working with them to set short and long term goals for their speech and wellness

Parent and caregiver coaching and education to ensure they have the knowledge and tools they need for success

Daily documentation, summary of progress and assessment reports

Qualifications

California license for speech-language pathology

ASHA certification or Clinical Fellowship

2-years experience working with children

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational skills

Familiarity with basic computer programs
