Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance dining services operations across various locations.
  • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and federal/state regulations.
  • Oversee staff training, development, and scheduling initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records related to income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment across multiple sites.
  • Serve as the liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG teams, ensuring clear communication and operational consistency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the dining services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in management or a related field is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least two years of experience in quantity food production/service and personnel supervision is preferred.
  • Specialized training in dining services management and nutrition is desirable.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills essential for effective management.
  • Positive attitude and ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Capable of completing regulatory compliance courses and implementing necessary changes.
  • Proven leadership skills and success in P&L and budget management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management ability with a track record of account growth.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with web-based reporting.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
  • Physical ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds and engage in repetitive tasks.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Residency within the service area is a must.
