Currently we are looking for a HVAC Senior Sales Technician to join our team We have PLENTY of opportunity YEAR-ROUND
Three years minimum experience required This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in a long term career position with a reputable company, which provides great pay, development opportunities and both a dynamic and challenging environment This job is located in the East Dallas,Texas area.
What it requires from you:
Generating leads.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
Understanding and promoting company programs.
Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Must be willing to train and assist new technician
Help to maintain the positive work environment that is our culture
A mind-set of positivity
Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs
Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image with our clients
Provide exceptional customer service while on the job site and gain 5 star reviews
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

Must be able to follow directions and work independently
Must be a team player and assist while staying on target in your own career growth
Experience with customer service, sales, and electrical is a huge plus and transfers well into this entry level position.
