Your Impact:

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your leadership will set the tone for your team, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure your team delivers outstanding service and guest satisfaction
  2. Recruit, train, and develop team members
  3. Utilize AES Systems to ensure smooth restaurant operations every shift
  4. Implement and oversee cash and inventory controls
  5. Set and achieve goals for service, operations, and financial performance

Requirements:

  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification
  • Ability to work in various temperature conditions
  • Capability to stand for 8-10 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to climb ladders for maintenance tasks
  • Ability to perform essential physical motions including bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching
