  • Start Date: Mid November and beginning of December with positions available throughout the season.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enthusiastic Leader: Bring your passion for leadership and customer service to the forefront. Lead by example and continuously enhance your skills. Previous experience in customer service and leadership is preferred.
  • Stay Cool Under Pressure: Maintain composure in fast-paced environments. Collaborate and motivate team members to achieve common goals.
  • Customer Service Champion: Create exceptional customer experiences and deliver quality service. Possess excellent communication skills for smooth interactions with team members and customers.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Delegate tasks effectively.
  • Resolve complaints professionally.
  • Maintain health code compliance.
  • Ensure staff are knowledgeable.
  • Balance reports and cover absences as needed.
  • Contribute to team efforts and morale.
Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Experience:
  • 1 year of customer service experience in retail or restaurant settings.
  • Experience coaching and preparing food and beverages to standard recipes.
  • Six months of effective task delegation and team coordination.
  • Quick learner with strong oral communication skills.
  • Adept at building relationships and working collaboratively.
  • Committed to upholding store standards for quality and safety.
