Your Role - What You Will Be Engaged In
- Conduct a variety of routine and complex lab tests-spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-following established procedures.
- Ensure result precision by meticulously analyzing tests, troubleshooting discrepancies, and conducting routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
- Keep thorough documentation of procedures, mentor new team members, and uphold laboratory quality controls.
- Maintain a safe and organized workplace, adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification eligibility.
- ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within your first year of employment.
- Continuous certification maintenance throughout tenure is required.
