Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on commercial HVAC systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment effectively.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials utilized.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and work independently to complete projects on time.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC service is preferred.
  • Must hold EPA certification and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical capability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and be available for on-call emergency services.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or technical degree is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
