Envolve Community Management, LLC owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. We are a company whose success is measured by our residents' satisfaction in making their apartment homes and community a great place to live.

Currently, we are searching for a full-time Collections Manager to work at one of our apartment communities in Richmond, VA.

Duties:

  • Collection, Receipting, and recording of all rents and any other payments
  • Monitoring property delinquency
  • Weekly notes on all delinquent accounts
  • Work with tenants on rental balances
  • Issuing pay or quit notices (5-day notices)
  • File any unlawful detainers with the attorney
  • Communicate with property attorney on delinquent accounts
  • Attend court with the attorney for unlawful detainers for money owed to the property
  • Place all court documents and notices in tenant files
  • Provide reports as required
  • Other tasks as may be assigned
Qualifications:
  • Property Management Experience
  • Leasing Experience
  • Tax Credit Experience is a plus
  • Must be familiar with word and excel documents
  • Must have good customer services skills
  • Must pass a criminal and drug screening
