About the Role: Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a dynamic home health team in the San Diego area. As a vital member of the rehabilitation department, you will deliver personalized therapy services in the comfort of patients’ homes, helping them achieve their recovery goals with dignity and care.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

  • Current and active California Physical Therapist license

  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance

  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

  • At least two (2) years of professional experience as a PT

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree with one (1) year of home health experience

  • Prior community or home health care experience
