Position Details:

  • Pay Rate: $17.50
  • Earn an additional $2.00/hour for overnight shifts (12:00 AM - 5:00 AM)
  • Job Location: Deer Park
  • Employment Type: Full-time & Part-time

Your Responsibilities:

Every day brings new challenges. Master various roles, enhance your skill set, and make an impact.

Create Amazing Food:

  • Prepare menu items to Wonder standards, maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organized station
  • Adhere to HACCP and food safety guidelines, ensuring proper temperatures and storage
  • Manage inventory, pack accurate portions, and ensure order accuracy

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:

  • Warmly greet guests and assist with orders, pickups, payments, and the Wonder app
  • Share knowledge about our concepts, support meal-kit and delivery operations, and ensure accuracy in dispatch
  • Engage in light local marketing activities (flyers, street engagement, etc.)

Maintain Restaurant Cleanliness:

  • Uphold top-tier sanitation and cleanliness throughout kitchen and dining areas
  • Wash, clean, and restock cookware, utensils, and equipment during shifts
  • Properly manage trash/recycling and promptly report equipment issues

Be an Essential Part of the Team:

  • Support teammates and contribute to a positive, high-energy work environment
  • Take on additional duties as assigned
  • Work collaboratively in an energetic atmosphere where teammates uplift each other and leaders focus on your development

Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role
  • Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and clear communication abilities
  • Team-oriented mindset with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand for the entire shift
  • Weekend availability is required
