Key Responsibilities:- Utilize evidence-based screening tools and diagnostic criteria to formulate comprehensive treatment plans for mental health conditions.
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in alignment with established protocols and clinical guidelines, continuously monitoring for efficacy and side effects.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:- Active and unrestricted MD/DO license in Florida.
- Board certified in psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) or eligibility for board certification.
- Active DEA registration.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient behavioral health settings.
- Experience in patient education regarding medication adherence and aftercare services.
- Proficiency in advanced psychotherapeutic techniques and experience with substance addiction treatment.
- Comfortable working with diverse age groups, including older adults.
- Familiarity with electronic communication and medical documentation practices.
- Knowledge of TMS and Esketamine (Spravato) treatments.
