The Reasonable Accommodations Analyst is a key member of the Reasonable Accommodations team, responsible for managing the intake process and initial engagement for colleagues seeking accommodations. This role involves reviewing documentation, responding to inquiries, and supporting the overall accommodation process in compliance with legal and internal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees requesting accommodations.
- Manage and document the intake process in the case management system.
- Review and validate supporting documentation related to accommodation requests.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding the accommodations process in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all interactions and processes comply with:
- Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA/ADAAA)
- Applicable federal and state regulations
- Company policies and procedures
- Support accommodations related to:
- Physical or mental impairments
- Pregnancy or pregnancy-related conditions
- Religious practices
- Domestic violence circumstances
Requirements:
- Tech-savvy with experience using case management tools
- Ability to work independently and confidentially in a private home workspace
- Strong understanding of ADA/ADAAA and related accommodation laws
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
