Dishwashers are an essential part of our restaurant. Job Duties:

Make sure chemical levels are adequate to run dish machine and fill 3 compartment sinks.

Make sure sanitizer buckets are cleaned and sanitized daily for kitchen staff use.

Make sure mops, brooms and other cleaning equipment are clean and in good condition. Report any replacement needs to the manager on duty.

Remove trash from bins. Keep bins clean. Replace bag liner. Take trash to dumpster.

Clean and sanitize work area before and after shift.

Must have reliable transportation
