About the Role

As a Software Engineer focusing on Infrastructure, you'll play a vital role in designing, building, and enhancing the infrastructure layer that ensures a reliable and high-performance environment for AI agents deployed in essential production contexts.

What You Will Work On:

  • Crafting and contributing to a custom-built, high-throughput workflow execution backend.
  • Architecting and maintaining distributed computing environments.
  • Identifying and addressing system bottlenecks proactively to prevent issues in production.
  • Designing and scaling high-performance services for production.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • A proven history of delivering high-quality code across challenging projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of parallel computing concepts and distributed systems.
  • Experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming.
  • An obsessive focus on reliability and performance optimization.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in managing or leading ML infrastructure or data infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in C++ or Rust programming languages.
