As the Overnight Retail Merchandising Leader, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional in-store merchandising support. This includes creating eye-catching displays, resetting shelves to optimize product rotation, and monitoring inventory to maximize sales potential. You will also assist leadership with essential tasks such as reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new team members. Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the retail landscape?

About You:
- Friendly and enthusiastic, with a knack for interacting with customers and management.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Able to perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
- Experience in leading and training team members.
- Proficient in using smartphones or tablets for recording work post-shift.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- A motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
- Able to work independently while demonstrating team collaboration skills.
- Committed to performing job duties with a strong focus on safety in the retail environment.
