Schedule: Monday-Friday, 35-40 hours/week

Location: Elementary School

Setting: In-Person Only

Local Pay Rate: $62/hr

About the Role

The Occupational Therapist (OT)is responsible for performing client evaluations, developing and providingoccupational therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with theindividualized plan of care for each student. You'll work closely withteachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success in acollaborative school environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Provide occupational therapy services aligned with IEP goals.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

  • Participate in assessments and team meetings.

  • Collaborate with educators and families to ensure continuity of care.

Minimum Requirements

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.

  • Graduate of an accredited school or program of Occupational Therapy.

  • One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred.

  • Current CPR certification (if applicable).

  • TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable).

  • Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation).

  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
