The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience with BI tools to drive strategic initiatives, enhance data visualization, and optimize reporting processes. This role requires a deep understanding of financial regulations and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for key stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 7+ years of Power BI development experience (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, visualization).
  • Hands-on withI Power Bi Pro and Premium features (workspaces, RLS, incremental refresh).
  • Ability to translate compliance and data requirements into effective dashboards.
  • 5+ years of strong SQL and data analysis skills.
  • Proven experience in AML / Financial Crime domain (Transaction Monitoring, KYC, Sanctions).
Preferred:
  • Experience with large-scale banking datasets and entity resolution.
  • Knowledge of Python/Spark for data prep or automation.
  • Exposure to dashboard governance and KPI/KRI frameworks.
