We are currently looking for a dedicated person who has a great attention to detail to fill a PRN/as needed Pharmacist position at our pharmacy in Boulder. The Pharmacist will report directly to the Director of Pharmacy. The primary responsibility of the Pharmacist is support daily operation of the pharmacy component to ensure safety and quality throughout all operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PHARMACIST:
- Oversee daily operation of the pharmacy
- Review and analyze on-going services to assure safety and efficiency in the programs involved
- Develop, maintain, and assure adherence to policies and procedures related to pharmacy component
- Communicate regularly with Medical and Nursing staffs in matters pertaining to pharmaceutical services
- Maintain standards for program in accordance with all regulatory agencies and State and Federal law.
- Orient visitors, inspectors, and others to pharmacy services as necessary
- Coordinate daily work area assignments
- Maintain incident report file
- Registered Pharmacist in the State of Colorado
- Effective organizational, and management skills
- Effective professional communications with all outside contacts
- Valid Driver's License
