Job Description
Develop and implement a training and competency assessment program in Mammography. Provides department orientation, training and initial assessment for new hires and re-hires. Works with technologists and supervisors to develop employee skills through one-on-one site specific training and/or through clinical rotations. Provides clinical and technical resources to staff and students for career development purposes. Works with each site and radiologists to standardize protocols and minimize radiation exposure. Performs Mammography exams on all applicable age groups. Ensures customer satisfaction and appropriateness of care for all age groups. Estimated pay range for this position is $32.60 - $42.38 / hour depending on experience.
