Join Primo Brands, a leading beverage company focused on healthy hydration. We provide a diverse range of recognizable and sustainably sourced branded beverages distributed across over 150,000 retail outlets in North America.

Compensation: $24 / hour

Location: Des Moines, IA

Schedule: Monday - Friday shift

Your Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a commercial vehicle and perform thorough vehicle inspections to ensure safety.

  • Efficiently manage a customer base along your established route with an average of 50+ stops per day.

  • Utilize a handheld application to record transactions and manage customer data effectively.

  • Manage inventory and balance daily route activities efficiently.

  • Respond to service calls and resolve customer issues to foster strong relationships.

  • Safeguard company assets, including the collection of equipment and customer payments.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new long-term customers and upsell our products.

What We're Looking For:

  • You must be at least 21 years old.

  • Hold a CDL Class B license.

  • Commitment to adhering to Primo Brands Motor Vehicle Policy.

  • Ability to meet ongoing federal DOT physical requirements and testing.

  • Basic computer/data entry skills along with mathematical abilities.

  • Customer service and sales experience is preferred.

  • Capability to lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 60 lbs safely.

  • Ability to climb stairs.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for company purposes.
