Seeking a new opportunity in the Stillwater area? Don't miss this role Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading biotechnology company located in Stillwater, MN. We are seeking candidates for Kitting Associate roles to work the 1st shift, 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday through Friday. Compensation for these opportunities is $18.00 per hour. Interested? What a Kitting Associate will do:
  • Responsible for manufacturing and assembly of kits
  • Package and label final product
  • Ensure a quality product that is ready for shipment on time
  • Execute manufacturing or in-line assembly-support processes according to standard operating procedures
  • Maintain a working knowledge of cGMP requirements to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
What you need to be a Kitting Associate:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to read, write, and speak in English
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instruction
  • Good hand and eye dexterity to complete assembly tasks
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work tasks
  • Ability to manage time effectively (arrival, departure, lunch, break, daily tasks, accountability to specific time commitments)
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
