The Role You'll Play:
As a Velvet Box Sales Associate, you are a trusted consultant in an upscale, boutique retail setting. You will engage with clients using a graceful, professional approach, ensuring they feel confident and well-informed throughout their shopping journey. Your role is to provide concierge-level service with expertise and discretion, similar to luxury beauty, wellness, or fashion retail experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a High-End Customer Experience: Welcome each guest with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Use your product knowledge and training to make personalized, thoughtful recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
