Now Hiring: Assistant Building Consultant in Baton Rouge

Do you thrive on organization, communication, and teamwork? Manuel Builders is seeking an Assistant Building Consultant to join our Custom Division. This role supports our Building Consultants and helps homeowners move smoothly through the pre-production process - ensuring each client feels informed, cared for, and confident as they bring their dream home to life.

What You'll Do
  • Support Building Consultants in preparing for and attending client meetings.
  • Coordinate and organize all necessary documentation for appointments and bid reviews.
  • Communicate with clients via CRM and email, ensuring timely and professional follow-up.
  • Collect, file, and maintain property and project documents accurately.
  • Input and manage pricing data using internal software systems.
  • Create and process plan review change orders and client signatures via e-signature platforms.
  • Update and maintain client information in CRM systems.
  • Assist with scheduling, office support tasks, and internal team events.
  • Help ensure every client enjoys a seamless and positive experience from start to finish.
What We're Looking For
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency: Excel and Word (advanced), Outlook and CRM systems (basic to intermediate).
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Professional, polished demeanor and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Proactive and adaptable - ready to assist wherever needed to ensure client satisfaction.
  • A team player who brings positivity, initiative, and reliability every day.
Work Schedule
  • Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Occasional nights or weekends as needed for events or client meetings.
