As a Team Leader for Retail Merchandising, you will play a crucial role in delivering in-store merchandising support to enhance shopper satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include building attractive product displays, resetting shelves with effective product rotation, and monitoring inventory to maximize sales for both retail stores and suppliers. Additionally, you will assist in leadership tasks such as reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new personnel. Are you ready to help us transform the shopping landscape?

Now, about you:

  • Enjoy interacting positively with customers and management
  • At least 18 years old
  • Able to perform physical tasks including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation to and from your work location
  • 1-2 years of merchandising experience preferred
  • Experience in leading and training team members is a plus
  • Capable of using a smartphone or tablet to record work activities post-shift
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and colleagues
  • A proactive self-starter with a focus on achieving results
  • Able to work independently while also fostering team collaboration
  • Commitment to safety practices in a retail environment
