Job Overview:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Utilize your skills and knowledge to diagnose and repair vehicles for our valued guests.
  • Gain experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to resolve guest concerns swiftly.
  • Adhere to and promote high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Communicate effectively with the service department about vehicle repair concerns.
  • Work with fellow technicians to overcome challenges, meet deadlines, and achieve outstanding results.

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude with a passion for serving guests.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
  • ASE Certifications are preferred or a willingness to obtain them.
  • Strong capability in diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicle makes and models.
  • Ability to meet or exceed hourly productivity goals.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and processes.
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Motivation for long-term career growth.

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasionally lift and/or move items over 100 pounds.
  • Ability to work with tools overhead while working on vehicles.
  • Comfortable working in tight spaces based on vehicle repair needs.
  • Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
  • Ability to walk and stand for most of the workday.
  • Capability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
  • Proficient in navigating a computer for job-related tasks.
