Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $90,000–$105,000 per year (based on experience)

About the Role

  • Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for outpatient clients

  • Deliver exceptional, evidence-based therapy using manual and exercise-based techniques

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed

  • Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and billing

  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, service, and clinical integrity

  • Participate in clinic growth, team development, and patient satisfaction initiatives

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

  • Active California Physical Therapist license

  • CPR certification (preferred)

  • Strong clinical skills and a compassionate, patient-first approach

  • New graduates welcome – mentorship and training available
