About the job:
This role partners closely with Sales, Logistics, Inventory, Treasury, and Accounting teams while maintaining direct communication with customers' Accounts Payable teams. You'll resolve billing, payment, and credit-related issues, proactively identify risks, and implement process improvements within the order-to-cash cycle.
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Has 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Financial Analysis
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communicates effectively and collaborates with both internal teams and external customers
- Is proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems and advanced Excel
- (Preferred) Has experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech industries
- (Preferred) Is familiar with trade credit insurance
- Apply cash accurately and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection
- Reconcile, research, and resolve credit or billing discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries or irregularities
- Review sales forecasts and payment histories to determine appropriate credit limits
- Review and approve credit memos and RMA requests
- Analyze customer financial statements quarterly
- Monitor exposure and manage credit insurance as needed
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports (e.g., cash forecasts, aging)
- Collaborate with Logistics and Sales teams to resolve shipment or billing disputes
- Identify and implement best practices to improve AR and credit processes
- Participate in internal control reviews and ensure compliance with company policies
- Perform other duties and projects as needed
