Flexible Visit Schedules
  • Oak Grove - Tuesday/Friday late morning; Thursday afternoon.
  • Heather Glen - weekday mornings.
  • North Garrett Road - weekdays; early morning and afternoon.
  • Hillsborough - Monday/Tuesday afternoon; Friday late morning.
What You'll Receive as a Support Specialist
  • $14.50-$16.50/hr - weekly pay & direct deposit.

Responsibilities of a Support Specialist
  • Build strong relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
  • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
  • Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR a certification as a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
  • Reliable transportation to and from client locations (drivers preferred but not mandatory).
  • Two professional references.
  • Willingness to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) for continuity of care.
  • Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply).
  • Ability to complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.
