Team Shift Supervisor

You will be working with a franchisee of Taco Bell, your employer will be the franchisee, an independent business owner who determines their own wages and benefits.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic Team Shift Supervisors who are dedicated to providing exceptional guest service, training team members, and meeting financial goals while ensuring top-notch food safety and cleanliness standards. If you have a positive attitude and a passion for learning, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers: take orders, process payments, and address any customer concerns.
- Train, motivate, and support team members in their roles.
- Prepare food products while maintaining high quality.
- Ensure all service equipment is functioning properly.
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards in compliance with Labor Board and OSHA regulations, ensuring the outside of the building and parking lot are clean and well-maintained.
- Handle inventory management: unloading, stocking, and maintaining adequate inventory levels.
- Lead employee recognition and motivation initiatives.
- Prepare financial reports, labor schedules, and product projections for the store manager's review and approval.
