About Us:
Arizona Fiduciary Services provides trusted fiduciary support for guardianships, conservatorships, estates, and probate matters. We manage our clients’ assets, rights, and legal needs with professionalism, compassion, and precision.

We are seeking a highly organized Probate Paralegal with strong Arizona probate experience to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities:
**

  • Draft and prepare probate filings, petitions, inventories, accountings, notices, and related court documents.

  • Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and task lists to ensure timely filings.

  • Communicate professionally with courts, attorneys, clients, beneficiaries, and third-party agencies.

  • Assist with gathering financial documents, creditor claims, and asset information.

  • Support conservatorship and guardianship cases, including annual reporting.

  • Prepare correspondence, summaries, and case updates for fiduciary review.

  • Track and organize client property and financial documentation in compliance with fiduciary standards.

  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all Arizona probate rules and fiduciary regulations.

**Qualifications:
**

  • 2+ years of Arizona probate paralegal experience required.

  • Strong knowledge of Arizona probate procedures, Superior Court filings, and estate administration.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and case-organization skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-responsibility environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with case management software (Clio, MyCase, or similar) preferred.

  • Certified Legal Document Preparer (CLDP) is a plus but not required.

  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
