LaSalle Network is teaming up with a fast-growing, innovative technology company to hire an HR Generalist who will play a key role in shaping the employee experience. In this position, you'll work directly alongside the HR Director and become the go-to HR partner for employees across the organization.

HR Generalist Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Process employee changes and updates accurately and efficiently in the HRIS (UKG)
  • Handle payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees
  • Partner with HR leadership and recruiting teams to support daily operations and initiatives.
  • Leverage HRIS platforms and demonstrate advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP required).
HR Generalist Requirements:
  • 3 years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment (software/technology industry is a plus)
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Personable, patient, and approachable, thriving in a collaborative team setting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS systems (UKG a plus)
