We are a sales-driven team seeking motivated, innovative individuals who excel in engaging with customers, collaborating with decision-makers, and driving sales in your designated area. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring product availability in retail locations by meeting our customers' merchandising needs, representing renowned brands, and enhancing the retail environment. Your responsibilities will include providing in-store merchandising support, creating displays and end caps, rotating products on shelves, and monitoring inventory to maximize sales for both stores and suppliers.   • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You can perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • You have consistent transportation to and from the work location.
  • You demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
  • You can boost sales through promotional activities by selling, building displays, and making plan-o-gram adjustments while suggesting and placing orders for new or out-of-stock items.
  • You are a self-motivated individual with a strong drive for results.
  • You are capable of working independently and possess effective team-building skills.
  • You prioritize safety at all times in a retail environment while performing job duties.
