DPP is seeking a senior Program Manager for an opportunity with our client in Arlington, VA.

Work arrangement:
  • Onsite.
  • W2 position; 6 months, possibly converting to perm
  • Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance
Position description:
  • The Program Manager / Alternate Program Manager will be supporting a U.S. Army contract.
  • The Program Manager will be the primary contractor-side liaison to the Government's Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and is accountable for full day-to-day contract execution, including tools selection, coordination, and delivery.
  • It requires deep Army domain expertise, especially in training and resource management systems and processes, and mandates a TS/SCI security clearance.
Core responsibilities:
  • Contract Management & Execution:
    • Serve as the primary POC to the COR for all contract-related matters.
    • Exercise full authority to act on all matters related to daily operations of the contract (PM or Alternate PM).
  • Tools & Systems Leadership:
    • Determine and select the appropriate tools and software products to execute contract tasks efficiently and effectively.
    • Ensure the team is proficient with the applications used on the project: cTRM / BLTM / cITRM / cATRM / cMRM.
  • Availability & Coverage:
    • Be available during normal business hours, excluding Federal holidays or administrative closures of the government facility.
Required education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Management
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:
  • 10+ years of successful experience with HQDA program and budget packaging methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze the interrelationships between logistics policies and training resource requirements.
  • Recognized experience working with all three Army components in both training and resource management arenas.
  • Familiarity with Army doctrine and common Army and Reserve acronyms.
  • Thorough knowledge and experience with cTRM / BLTM / cITRM / cATRM / cMRM.
