You will be required to travel extensively, attending to fieldwork while establishing strong relationships with customers and team members.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Conduct basic on-site installation, start-up, and verification of Copeland Retail Solutions products.

  • Accurately complete all required documentation, including Field Service Reports and expense reports.

  • Offer basic training to contractors and on-site personnel regarding Copeland hardware and software.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • 1-3 years of experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or control systems.

  • An Associate's degree or equivalent technical training in HVAC/R, Electrical, or Mechanical disciplines.

  • A foundational understanding of refrigeration systems, control logic, and building automation.

  • Proficient with computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and email.

  • Familiarity with controllers such as Copeland, Danfoss, or Carel is preferred.

  • Willingness to travel up to 85-90%.

  • Must possess legal work authorization in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this role.

Remote Work Arrangement:

This role is fully remote, with occasional travel to Copeland sites for team collaboration and customer engagement. We emphasize a productive and interconnected culture, allowing you to work closely with your team to navigate operations effectively.

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$85,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
