ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager overseeing a million-dollar facility, you will gain valuable business experience in various areas including Accounting, Human Resources, Training, Marketing, Sales Building, and Cost Control.

Essential Job Requirements:

  • Availability to work a 50-hour work week, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license and personal transportation.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate team members to provide a quality experience for our guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Manage inventory and ensure accurate bank deposits.
  • Facilitate training programs and conduct performance appraisals.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all employees and guests.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
