Your Impact:

  • Provide exceptional nursing services, delivering high-quality and compassionate care to our patients and residents.
  • Supervise daily activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
  • Ensure adherence to all Federal, State, and Local Standards as required by the Director of Nursing.
  • Confirm compliance with facility policies and procedures for all nursing personnel under your supervision.

Requirements:

  • Active LPN license in the state of residence.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficient technical, assessment, and documentation skills while maintaining confidentiality.
