What You'll Do:
- Provide outstanding customer service, from warm greetings to efficient checkouts.
- Help customers find the perfect apparel and footwear to suit their needs.
- Share your passion and knowledge about our innovative products.
- Keep the store organized and neat through stocking, straightening, and cleaning.
- Handle both front and back store operations, including point of sale duties.
- Fulfill customer omni-channel requests and enhance their shopping experience.
- Promote customer loyalty by informing customers about our Rewards program.
- Take accountability for personal development and seek growth opportunities.
- Be proactive in fulfilling scheduled working hours per our attendance policy.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by management.
What You Need:
- Must be at least 16 years old (or 18 years in specific locations).
- Able to move around the store and lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs.
- Fluency in the local language is required; basic English is a plus.
- Available to work a flexible schedule that may include holidays, evenings, and weekends.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Must be able to perform essential functions of the role.
- Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb, and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems.

Compensation: $15.00-$16.90 USD
