We invite you to become a part of our dynamic team in the Allergy, Asthma & Immunology outpatient office in Albany, NY. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced RN Nurse Supervisor to take charge of clinical operations and lead our dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee patient flow through the clinic, ensuring efficient point-of-care testing.
  • Support and supervise clinical staff, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Exemplify professionalism and foster a positive work environment through leadership.
  • Evaluate and streamline processes and procedures for optimal workflow and accurate charge capture.
  • Encourage and develop staff to work collaboratively and effectively within their licensure.
  • Build strong, cooperative relationships with the Practice Coordinator and fellow managers.
  • Participate in senior management meetings, working together to troubleshoot and resolve ongoing issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all patient and staff-related information.
  • Manage supply and medication ordering thoughtfully to maintain cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and submit weekly tracers accurately.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Nursing is mandatory; BSN is preferred.
  • Must possess NYS Registered Nurse Licensure.
  • Current BLS certification is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience is essential, ideally in a charge or supervisory role.
