Bilingual Operations Coordinator

Our client, a plumbing company in Lexington is looking to add a Bilingual Operations Coordinator to their team. This role's primary responsibility will be to oversee scheduling, team coordination and job readiness. This is a direct hire opportunity with full benefits and growth opportunities. This position is full time, with an onsite schedule of Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Review schedules daily with bilingual team
- Oversee assigned projects and follow up with crews and supervisors
- Confirm job readiness with crews using the TTC method (Text, Text, Call)
- Anticipate materials, permits and inspections
- Ensure paperwork, plans and dispatches are ready
- Participate in an on call rotation (every 5 weeks) to assist with after hour emergencies and communicate updates (done remotely)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 2+ years' experience in project coordination, field operations, or dispatch
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and scheduling platforms
- Detail oriented, organized, and ability to work under pressure
- Comfortable leading team meetings, resolving issues, and communicating with crew members and supervisors
