Job Duties

• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work collaboratively with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Inform patients and caregivers about therapy methods to facilitate progress beyond the clinical setting.
• Track Progress and Document Outcomes: Monitor developmental progress and modify treatment plans accordingly to ensure therapeutic success.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Ongoing education and postgraduate certifications encouraged and supported.

Licenses and Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
