Senior Family Office Associate

This is a high-touch, relationship-driven role that blends accounting, financial coordination, and strategic support. You'll work closely with our Family Office Administrator, as well as directly with clients, attorneys, and investment advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations for high-net-worth clients, including bill pay, cash flow tracking, and account reconciliations
- Prepare and review financial reports, net worth statements, and investment summaries
- Coordinate with external advisors on tax planning, estate planning, and compliance matters
- Support preparation and reviews in collaboration with the tax team
- Maintain accurate records of client activity
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, CPA is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience working in a CPA firm or family office is required
- Tax background preferred
- Strong understanding of financial statements, investment reporting, and estate/trust structures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, bill pay platforms, etc.)
