Description of the role:
Village Caregiving in Columbia, MO is seeking compassionate Caregivers/CNAs to join our team. As a Caregiver/CNA, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist clients with mobility and medication reminders
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition
- Valid CNA certification or relevant caregiving experience
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Competitive compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 paid semi-monthly
