Job Description

Provides direction, leadership, and specialist knowledge to Cloud Solution team in designing, demonstrating and deploying Oracle Cloud architectures that address customer business problems. Guides team to drive Oracle Cloud customer consumption through accelerating the adoption of Oracle cloud services.

Responsibilities

Directs and manages resources, through managers, to work with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to design and implement solutions for customers. Participates in the development and communicates business objectives and metrics to team. Sets objectives, implements plans, ensures attainment of business strategy. Manages the implementation of solutions and ensures successful deployments including code development and scripting. Oversees the support of customers from Proof of Concept (POC) through production deployment, resource configuration, planning, and customer education/training. May assist in developing solutions strategy on Oracle cloud solutions and technology to assist in gathering requirements, developing architectures and translating business needs into solutions. May assist in strategic direction on technical cloud solutions and customer success. May create and distribute technical assets (white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations). Identifies gaps and enhancements to influence engineering roadmaps for customer driven features. May deliver presentation demonstrations to high level customers and at conferences and events. Maintains expertise by staying current on emerging technologies. Acts as spokesperson for Oracle cloud and an escalation path for relationships. Ensures team members maintain productive relationships for successful design and implementation of solutions. Builds trusted relationships with customers, sales, engineering, and other pillar counterparts.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $187,500 to $314,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
