Key Responsibilities

As an Ultrasound Technologist PRN, you will:

  • Provide care for patients undergoing ultrasound procedures.
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging and assist with interventional procedures.
  • Utilize equipment effectively, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images are produced.
  • Assist with patient scheduling and inventory management.
  • Be available for on-call assignments to provide necessary after-hours support.

Qualifications Required

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
  • Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Program or equivalent education.
  • ARDMS Registered in physics and one additional area, or ARRT (S) Sonography.
  • ARDMS RVT or ARRT (VS) Vascular Sonography required within one year.
