We are currently searching for a Certified Medical Assistant for our client in Austin, TX.

Housrs of Operation:
Monday - Thursday : 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Check In/Out
  • Referrals In- call with 48hrs
  • Scheduling Appointments
  • Confirming Appointments
  • Entering Demographics/Insurance
  • Verifying Insurances
  • Collecting Copays, Deductibles, & Balances
  • Scanning New Referrals
  • Medical Records
  • Cleaning waiting area
  • Pulling back patients
  • Collect Medical history, medications, allergies, & vitals
  • Creating encounter
  • Filling out orders for next visit
  • Prepping charts for visits (Obtain results of previous orders)
  • Scheduling Procedures (Patient & Facility)
  • Reviewing Prep with patients
  • Confirming Procedure appointments
  • Authorization on Procedures & Medications
  • Cleaning exam rooms
