MaxCare Health & Residential Services has six residential group homes providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities who have complex medical needs. We have a great work environment and an experienced management team. We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Personal Care Assistants (PCA) or Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team for part-time or every other weekend positions. You will assist in the daily care of individuals with developmental disabilities who have complex medical needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Medication Administration
  • Assist clients with daily living activities
  • Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
  • Collaborate with individuals being serviced and families for best care opportunities
  • Maintain a safe, healthy and comfortable living environment
Shifts Available:
  • 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
  • 11:00 pm - 7:00 am

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in personal/ clinical care or other related fields preferred
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Medication Aide preferred (MaxCare will train onsite)
  • CPR Certification preferred (MaxCare will train onsite)
