Join a compassionate team dedicated to delivering innovative behavioral health services for individuals with complex needs.
- Lead and oversee clinical services and standards of care within a 24/7 Mobile Crisis Response Team serving all age groups during mental health crises.
- Provide clinical supervision, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and support quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with community partners, law enforcement, and crisis lines to deliver in-field crisis triage, assessment, and case management.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and documentation audits to ensure compliance.
- Qualifications include a master's degree in Social Services, at least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience, 1 year in leadership, and relevant licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
